Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and create motion graphics and video content for marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.

Edit and enhance video footage, including color correction, sound design, and special effects.

Develop engaging animations, transitions, and visual effects that align with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop compelling multimedia content.
-
Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring quality and consistency across all formats.
-
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design and video production.
-
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Film Production

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).

Experience in post-production, editing, audio editing.
-
Understanding video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

Knowledge of typography, composition, and color theory.

Experience with scriptwriting and storyboarding

Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video production work.

Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Ability to take feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Familiarity with social media trends and optimizing video content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
