We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Public Involvement Project Manager to lead business growth, manage strategic initiatives, and oversee public involvement efforts on infrastructure-related projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives at the intersection of client development, project leadership, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

​

Business Development

• Lead strategies to expand the client base, strengthen partnerships, and increase revenue.

• Pursue new opportunities by developing proposals, responding to RFQs/RFPs, and positioning the firm as a leader in public involvement and strategic communication.

• Represent Images, Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness.

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and private-sector partners.

Project Management

• Develop and implement public involvement and strategic communication plans for infrastructure projects.

• Coordinate project delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.

• Facilitate public meetings, open houses, and outreach events to gather meaningful community input.

• Create and manage public-facing materials such as presentations, fact sheets, and digital content.

• Track and analyze public feedback, preparing reports to inform project decisions.

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in project management and business development, with a focus on strategic communication or public involvement.

• Prior experience with infrastructure-related projects strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.

• Proven success developing proposals and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Willingness to travel 20–40%.
